Junk Removal Pricing in Orlando

How we price, what is included, and what changes the number. No hidden fees and no charge for the estimate.

How the price is set

Junk removal is priced by how much of the truck your load fills, not by counting items. A quarter load, a half load, a three-quarter load, a full load.

That is why a single sofa and a dozen bags of clothing can cost about the same: they take up similar space. It is also why ten boxes of books often cost less than one wardrobe. Boxes stack. Wardrobes do not.

You get the number before anything goes in the truck. If the load turns out smaller than we estimated, the price comes down.

What is always included

Be suspicious of any quote that treats these as extras. They are standard here:

  • All labor and loading
  • Stairs, second and third floor carries
  • Carrying from inside, not the curb
  • Disposal fees for ordinary household material
  • Broom-sweeping the space we cleared
  • The estimate itself

What changes the number

Volume sets the base. Four things adjust it, and we tell you about them up front rather than on the invoice:

  • Weight. Concrete, tile, dirt and roofing hit the truck's weight limit long before its space, so these are quoted by weight.
  • Disposal surcharges. Tires, mattresses, refrigerant appliances and electronics carry a fee at the facility.
  • Demolition. Sheds, hot tubs, decks and playsets are taken apart before they are hauled, which is different work from carrying a finished item out.
  • Long carries. Not stairs, which are included, but a hundred feet from a back yard through a narrow gate takes real time.

How to get a quote that holds

Send photos. Every time, without exception.

A phone description of a garage is optimistic, in good faith, from everybody. Four or five photos from different angles turn a rough guess into a number that does not move on the day. It takes five minutes.

If any company will not look at photos before quoting you, that is worth noticing.

What we do not charge for

  • Estimates, in person or from photos
  • Stairs or upper floors
  • Travel inside our service area
  • Sweeping up afterwards
  • Cancelling before we arrive

Pricing questions

How much does junk removal cost in Orlando?

It depends on how much of the truck your load fills. A single item is a small partial load. A packed two-car garage can be a full truck or more. Send photos and you will get a real number in minutes rather than a range.

Do you charge for an estimate?

No. Estimates are free whether we do them from photos or in person, and there is no obligation.

Is the quote the final price?

Yes, provided the load is what we quoted. If you add items on the day we requote before loading, and if the load is smaller than expected the price comes down.

Do you charge extra for stairs?

No. Stairs and upper floors are included. Tell us the floor when you book so we bring enough crew.

Is there a minimum charge?

Yes. A truck and crew still have to drive out, so there is a floor. A single item costs a fraction of a full load.

Do you charge a trip fee?

No, not anywhere in our service area. Same pricing in Lake Nona as in Kissimmee.

Why is concrete priced differently?

Because heavy material fills the truck's weight limit long before its space. A quarter load of concrete can weigh more than a full load of furniture, so it is quoted by weight.

When do I pay?

On completion, once the work is done and you are happy with it.

Is it cheaper if I carry things to the curb myself?

No. The price is the same, so leave it where it is. In most local HOAs and in Belle Isle you should not put anything at the curb anyway.

Is a dumpster cheaper?

Sometimes. A dumpster makes sense when debris builds up over weeks. We make more sense when it exists now, because you only pay for what we actually haul and nothing sits in your driveway.
