Who we are
We are a junk removal company based at 8305 Narcoossee Rd in Orlando. We pick up junk. That is the whole business.
Being based in Lake Nona rather than driving in from across town is the practical difference for most of our customers. It is why same-day is realistic here and why there is no trip fee anywhere in our service area.
How we work
- You get a price before anything goes in the truck

- If the load is smaller than quoted, the price comes down
- We sweep up the space we cleared

What we will tell you no about
There is a short list of things we will not take, and we would rather you hear it here than when a crew is standing in your driveway.
Paint, solvents, fuel, propane, pesticides, pool chemicals, car batteries and ammunition all need household hazardous waste disposal. Asbestos material needs testing and a licensed abatement contractor, and any hauler who offers to just take it is putting their crew and your household at risk.
We also do not rent dumpsters, perform biohazard remediation, or do certified data destruction. When one of those is what you actually need, we will say so and point you at who does.
Where your stuff goes
Metal goes to a recycler, because steel has real scrap value and landfilling it would be both worse and more expensive. Cardboard and paper get recycled. Electronics go to an e-waste processor. Yard waste is composted or mulched.
Clean, structurally sound furniture and working appliances go to donation partners, and we can get you a receipt. What we will not do is promise that a water-damaged sofa will be donated, because a charity will refuse it and we would be telling you what you want to hear.

Orlando city-wide plus roughly twenty-five miles out: Lake Nona, Narcoossee, Conway, Belle Isle, Meadow Woods, Hunters Creek, Azalea Park, Pine Castle, Waterford Lakes, St. Cloud, Kissimmee, Celebration and Buenaventura Lakes. No trip fee anywhere in that area.
What are your hours?
Seven days a week, 7am to 7pm.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. If you are a commercial client or a property manager who needs a certificate of insurance, ask when you book and give us the certificate holder details.
Do you rent dumpsters?
No. We are a junk removal company, not a dumpster rental company. For a project generating debris over several weeks, a dumpster may genuinely be the better option and we will tell you so.
Do you do demolition?
Small-scale removal demolition, yes: sheds, decks, fencing, playsets, hot tubs. Anything structural or load-bearing needs a licensed contractor.
Do you handle hoarding situations?
We handle the hauling side. We are not a biohazard remediation company, and if a property involves waste, decomposition, serious mould or an infestation, that needs a licensed remediation contractor first.
How do I get a quote?
Send photos. It is the fastest way and it gets you a number that holds rather than a range that moves.
When do I pay?
On completion, once the work is done and you are happy with it.
