How much does junk removal cost in Orlando?
We price by how much of the truck your stuff fills. A single item starts around $99 and a full truckload runs about $649. Labor, loading, and disposal are included. Use the estimator up top for a quick range.
Can you pick up today?
Usually yes. Call before noon and we can often be there the same afternoon.
Do I have to carry anything to the curb?
No. Point at it and we carry it out from wherever it is: attic, basement, backyard, second floor.
Do I need to be home?
Not always. For curbside or garage pickups you can leave it out, pay online, and we'll send photos when it's done.
What happens to my stuff?
Usable furniture goes to local donation centers, metal and cardboard get recycled, and only what's left goes to the landfill.
What areas of Orlando do you cover?
Orlando city-wide plus about twenty-five miles out from our base on Narcoossee Road: Lake Nona, Narcoossee, Conway, Belle Isle, Meadow Woods, Hunters Creek, Azalea Park, Pine Castle, Waterford Lakes, St. Cloud, Kissimmee, Celebration and Buenaventura Lakes. No trip fee anywhere in that area.
Is there a trip fee or minimum charge?
No trip fee anywhere we serve. There is a minimum, because a truck and crew still have to drive out, but a single item costs a fraction of a full load.
Do you take just one item?
Yes, and it is a large share of what we do. Mattresses, recliners and refrigerators are the three most common single items.
What can you not take?
Paint, solvents, fuel, propane, pesticides, pool chemicals, car batteries, ammunition and anything asbestos-containing. We identify anything in your pile we cannot take before we quote, not after.
Do you work downtown or in high-rise buildings?
Yes. Tell us the building, whether there is a service elevator and loading dock, and whether a certificate of insurance or a reserved freight window is required. Most downtown buildings need at least one of those.
Do you charge extra for stairs?
No. Stairs and upper floors are included. Tell us the floor when you book so we send enough crew.
Do you serve commercial properties?
Yes. Offices, retail units, warehouses and property management accounts, including evenings and Saturdays so you are not disrupting business.
How do I get an accurate price?
Send photos. A description of a garage is optimistic from everybody, every time. Four or five photos turn a guess into a number that holds.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. If you are a commercial client or property manager who needs a certificate of insurance, ask when you book and give us the certificate holder details.
