Single items are priced as a small partial load, not as a full truck, and we take it from the room it is in rather than the curb.

Is there a minimum charge?
Yes, there is a floor, because a truck and crew still have to drive out. But a single item costs a fraction of a full load and you will know the number before we touch it.
Do you really come out for one thing?
Yes, and it is a large share of what we do. Mattresses, recliners and refrigerators are the three most common single items.
Can you take it from inside?
Yes, including upstairs. That is the part you are paying for.
How fast can you get a single item?
Often same day in Lake Nona and nearby, because a one-item job slots into a schedule easily.
Is it cheaper if I put it at the curb?
No, and in most local HOAs and in Belle Isle you should not. The price is the same either way, so leave it where it is.
Can I add a few more things when you arrive?
Yes. We requote on the spot before loading, and it is almost always cheaper to add to an existing trip than to book a second one.
Do you take one item from an apartment?
Yes. Give us the floor and whether there is an elevator when you book.
What is the most common single item you take?
Mattresses, by a distance. They are the item almost no standard service will accept.
