Scrap Metal Removal in Orlando

Appliances, fencing, racking and general metal taken to a recycler rather than a landfill.

Metal is the material we most want to see in a load. It recycles cleanly, it has genuine scrap value, and sending it to a landfill is both worse environmentally and worse economically.

If a large share of your pile is metal, say so, because it can work in your favour.

Scrap Metal Removal questions

Do you pay for scrap metal?

Generally no, and be cautious of anyone who promises to. The scrap value of a typical household load is far less than the cost of a truck and crew. What metal does is keep your price down and keep material out of a landfill.

Do you take appliances as scrap?

Yes. Most appliances are largely steel. Refrigerant units go through a certified recycler first so the refrigerant is recovered.

Will you take just metal, nothing else?

Yes. A metal-only load is straightforward and it is the cleanest kind of job we do.

Do you take car parts?

Most metal parts yes. What we cannot take is anything holding fluid: fuel tanks with fuel in them, oil-filled components, or batteries.

What about propane tanks and pressure vessels?

No. Anything pressurised is a hard no regardless of it being metal. Grill tanks can usually be exchanged at a retailer.

Can you clear warehouse racking?

Yes, including disassembly. Tell us the run length and height.

Do you take old tools and machinery?

Yes, if we can move it. Large fixed machinery may need equipment we do not carry, and we will tell you before you book.

Is metal cheaper to haul than general junk?

It can work out that way on a metal-heavy load, because the disposal side costs us less. Mention it when you ask for the quote.
