Deck and Fence Removal in Orlando
Rotted decking and downed fencing taken apart and hauled, posts and footings included.
Florida weather takes decks and fences apart on its own schedule. Wood rots, posts fail at ground level, and a storm finishes what humidity started.
We demolish and haul in the same visit, including the posts, which is the slow part everyone underestimates.
What we take
- Wood and composite decking
- Deck framing and railings
- Wood, vinyl and chain link fencing
- Fence posts including concrete footings
- Gates and hardware
- Pergolas and arbors
- Lattice and screening
- Storm-damaged sections

Deck and Fence Removal questions
Do you remove the fence posts too?
Yes, including posts set in concrete. Footings are the slow part of a fence job, so tell us how many sections and whether the posts are concreted when you ask for a quote.
Can you take just a damaged section?
Yes. Storm repairs often only need a run of a few panels, and that is a small job.
Do you remove the whole deck including framing?
Yes, decking, joists, beams and posts. If the deck is attached to the house, we detach it and leave the ledger area clear for whoever is repairing the wall.
Is a permit needed?
For most residential deck and fence demolition, usually not, but requirements vary between Orange County, Osceola County and cities like Belle Isle and St. Cloud. Check with your building department. We will not guess on your behalf.
What about the concrete footings?
We pull them where we can. Very large or deep footings may need to be broken up, and concrete is priced by weight, so we will quote that separately.
Do you take composite decking?
Yes. It does not rot the way wood does but it still has to go somewhere, and it is not recyclable through normal channels.
Can you get to a back yard fence?
Usually. Tell us the narrowest access point and we will size the pieces to fit through it.
How long does it take?
A typical residential fence run is a half day. A full deck with footings can be a full day or more.
